Protocol V4 deterministically derives a separate accounting overlay from the canonical Blackcoin anchor. Gold Rush credits are synthetic, non-Merkle and phase-locked.
They are not spendable base-layer outputs, exchange deposits, or circulating supply during the current phase. Do not migrate ordinary value during Gold Rush.
